Facilitating the submission and coordination of construction documents with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to obtain the required approvals for construction. Providing ongoing support during construction to help ensure the project is executed in accordance with the design intent and contract documents. This phase includes coordination with the client, contractor, and consultants to address questions, review submittals, and monitor construction progress.

Creating high-quality, photorealistic visualizations of the proposed design, allowing clients to experience the space before construction begins. Renderings communicate design intent, materials, lighting, furnishings, and finishes, supporting informed decision-making and stakeholder presentations.

Using advanced laser scanning and 3D imaging to capture highly accurate existing conditions of a building or space.
